Five Items You Must Pack on Your Trip to Orlando

When visiting Orlando it is a good chance you will be visiting some of the large attractions that this place has to offer. Central Florida tends to be hot and humid but can also have cooler temperatures in the winter months. Preparing for weather and walking are probably two of the most important things to prepare for when packing your bags for Orlando. Here is a short list to get you started packing for your trip.

Walking Shoes – Good tennis shoes or hiking sandals will be perfect for the amount of walking that you will be doing on your Orlando vacation. Keeping in mind that the temperatures are usually warm and what type of comfortable shoe will be most appropriate for you.

Bathing Suit – With warm temperatures usually, you will want to pack a bathing suit. Most hotels have pools and you will be glad that you remembered your swimwear.

Sun Protection - The state of Florida is called The Sunshine State for a reason; there is a lot of sunshine there! Packing sunscreen, sunglasses, protective clothing and a sunhat are all great ideas. The heat and sun can be intense and you will be glad you were prepared for them.

Camera - Taking along your camera to capture the memories that you are making is a great idea. There will be plenty of photo opportunities so cash in on those; you will be glad that you did.

Backpack - A backpack for a day out is not a bad idea. This gives you a place to carry your camera, any souvenirs that you pick up, sunscreen for reapplication and a water bottle. If you are heading out to a day at a water park you can also throw in a towel and a change of clothes.
